This project focuses on automating the assembly of custom toothpick flags for FlagCo to reduce inefficiencies and labor costs associated with manual production. The team aims to design and prototype an automated system that aligns, glues, and folds banners onto toothpicks with high precision, targeting a production rate of at least 70,000 flags per year while maintaining a 99% quality standard.
