- 10:00 AM: Project videos and posters posted online
- 4:00 PM: Judges’ Welcome reception dinner and Expo open for attendees
- 4:30 PM: Judging begins
- 6:30 PM: Judging ends
- 7:00 PM: Awards Ceremony
