The focus of this project is to provide Georgia Tech football’s recruiting department with a set of decision support tools for player evaluation in a changing recruiting environment. These include two tree-based prediction models as well as Tableau dashboards where model insights will be displayed. These tools will lead to the evaluation of a larger and better fit candidate pool, allowing Georgia Tech to better predict and address roster overturn, ultimately leading to improved recruiting classes.
