Description
Senior Design team “No Pane, No Gain” is working with The Home Depot. Specifically, they are working with a division of Home Depot which acts as an intermediary between customers with a desire to update their home’s doors or windows, vendors who produce these parts, and installers who will perform the installations.
The team is looking to reduce the rate of installation appointment reschedules and eliminate inefficiencies within the scheduling process by redesigning the process. Ultimately, this will reduce customer touch points, improve customer communication, and lower costs allocated to the process.
