- Design a Heavy-Lift Aircraft (HLA) that will replace the C-17 and C-5M military cargo aircrafts.
- The aircraft is to be designed with Entry Into Service (EIS) in 2033.
- Should be able to cruise 2,500nm at 31,000ft and carry a payload of 430,000 lbs.
