This project is a design proposal for a VTOL capable UAV that will conduct two missions: cargo delivery between a relief ship and a disaster site and loitering above the disaster site to act as an emergency communications relay. This design uses a "tail-sitter" configuration, allowing for the aircraft operate efficiently in both vertical and forward flight.
