The City of Atlanta aims to produce 20,000 units of affordable housing over the next 8 years and seeks recommendations on how to ensure sustainability, climate resiliency, and affordability metrics are considered in their development. Through a comparative case study of U.S. and international cities, we identified best practices for Atlanta to implement.
