Description
Clean Energy Biofuels (CEB) seeks to optimize their collection process for recycled cooking oil by refining their logistical framework. Currently facing inefficiencies due to fluctuations in oil output and rigid truck scheduling, CEB aims to enhance their predictive analytics for restaurant oil pickup and develop a routing model. This project will deliver enhanced prediction models for restaurant pickup and routing, factoring in variability, container capacity, work hours, and location constraints. Evaluation will focus on comparing collected oil volume against total offered volume, initially in the St. Mary’s region before scaling to other hubs in Georgia. The goal is to maximize oil collection volumes, minimize wasted resources, and enhance customer satisfaction.
