Description
The project looks to improve the portfolio evaluation process that Coca-Cola uses to determine which products to retire annually. The challenges with the existing process were that it was time consuming and relevant data and product health indicators were not used. The team designed a standardized SKU evaluation process that utilizes automated tools for faster, data-driven decision making. The deliverables include an automatic Initial Recommendation List, a Dashboard to visualize the data and a Standard Operating Procedure for the redesigned process. The implementation will save Coca-Cola labor time and save money through the opportunity costs of the more informed retirement decisions.
