Steelcase has many different supply chains for their projects with many different suppliers that provide varying parts to their manufacturing facility in Kentwood, MI. Our goal is to help them choose the most reliable suppliers at the best cost. Through monitoring, analyzing and forecasting, we hope to make changes to existing supply chains as well as enhance the building of new ones.
