The purpose of this project is to design and validate an automated manufacturing/production tooling system to enable the fabrication of smart water heater pans. The primary objective of the project is to develop a viable manufacturing process capable to manufacture the SMART water heater pans. The team will have the freedom to challenge the product design and apply DFM principles to ensure feasible large volume production.
