Description
For a global supply chain, the reduction of safety incidents, such as fires or injuries, is one of the highest priorities. Safety incidents not only negatively impact the safety culture, but they also result in workers compensation payouts and machine downtime, both of which decrease profitability. To address this problem, our team has provided two deliverables: A Fire Risk Model, and a Facility Incident Heat Map. Both of these deliverables provide an interactive and forward-thinking approach to help mitigate the frequency and severity of fires and injuries.
