Mix Tape Ventures is a privately held company in Norcross, GA that produces and resells aftermarket parts for commercial food service equipment. Our project tackles challenging issues the company is currently facing within their current inventory management system. It also explores opportunities in their facility layouts and gasket manufacturing. Through a carefully structured approach, we developed a 3-fold solution to help Mix Tape Ventures reduce costs tied to business inefficiency and unnecessary inventory on hand.
