- 10:00 AM: Project videos and posters posted online
- 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM Invention Studio Open House – Pre-Registered Participants Only
- 4:00 PM: Judges’ Welcome reception dinner and Expo open for attendees
- 4:30 PM: Judging begins
- 7:00 PM: Awards Ceremony
- 8:00 PM: Expo concludes
