Description
We are working with the Georgia Lieutenant Governor’s Office to explore solutions to improve language translation services in rural healthcare clinics across Georgia. Limited access to effective translation services creates barriers to care, reduces patient understanding, decreases economic productivity, and contributes to health disparities among linguistically diverse populations. This project aims to mitigate the impacts of language gaps in rural healthcare clinics via policy recommendations and pilot programs.
