We designed an automated TCG card sorter that takes in cards, uses a roller to feed the cards into the frame of our camera, and uses image recognition software and Ai to distinguish what card is present and given that information it sorts it depending on the user's choice (type, alphabetically, set) it uses a core XY design to move a moterized head that uses suction cups and a vocume pump to. Pick up and place the cards into their appropriate bin.
