Design the civil site for a new Aloft and Element co-branded hotel to be constructed on the southeast corner of Skytrain Drive and Hospitality Way. This project includes providing engineering services to the proposed hotel up to 360 rooms, which contains approximately 3 acres. The site is located within the city limits of College Park just south of the Georgia International Conference Center.
