The project consists of developing a tractor trailer storage facility in Clayton County, GA off of Pelican Drive. Our objective is to develop a site layout that maximizes the number of tractor trailers that fit on the lot, and deliver a schematic design and design development plan. We will also be developing a preliminary cost estimate and hydrology report.
