Description
This project seeks to demonstrate the theoretical advantage of GaN-FETs over traditional MOSFETs in a more general sense. This can be accomplished through a more specific application in a market that has not yet been saturated with this technology. In demonstrating the advantages that GaN-FETs have, this solution will pioneer future entrepreneurial development as a proof of concept for a broader use case. Specifically, this design will improve many aspects of electric motor applications.
