Description
The team is working to create a data-driven methodology to strategically place promotions and giveaways to maximize ticket sales. The project focuses on developing a regression model to forecast tickets sold that would then be fed into an optimization model to design a promotional calendar that maximizes the impact of promotions. The team will create an adjustment dashboard to visualize the impact strategic promotion placement has on predicted attendance as well as analyze customer satisfaction survey data that is currently not being utilized by the Braves. By optimizing the placement of promotions, the team aims to drive increased ticket sales and revenue.
