A novel energy-harvesting window blind system will be developed to capture and convert energy from inside a high-rise building window into usable electricity for the unit’s residents. The solution will be cost-effective and minimally invasive in the unit, allowing the residents to use the system while maintaining aesthetic appeal in their homes. A functional prototype will be developed for a single residential unit, with a focus on efficiency, adaptability, and scalability for broader implementation.
