With the retirement of the F111 and F-117 and the limited number of B-2s procured, this project delves into the design of an unmanned craft to supplement their long-range strike capability. This mission requires some low observability to penetrate protected airspace, and the lack of a pilot should provide reduced costs and risks. The design mission involves the use of GPS guided unpowered munitions, but the airframe could be adapted to a wide range of payloads depending on the target.
