Our team has worked to model the Fox Theatre lobby operations using a complex agent-based simulation as a substitute for live shows. Within this model, we strove to improve service throughput and capacity, and decrease patron congestion, building in improvements to the current layout, implementing mobile ordering capabilities, and modeling a potential renovation. Our ultimate goal was to increase patron satisfaction by improving their ability to visit all services desired during a Broadway show intermission.
