Delta passengers make up 80% of domestic travelers departing in Atlanta, and Delta supports TSA operations at the airport as they both share a common goal of limiting wait times to an average of 15 minutes. The team is working with Delta to improve lane plan recommendations that are given to TSA in order to reduce passenger waits and improve all aspects of the travel experience at Hartsfield-Jackson.
